           and change your password. After you change your password, please close your web browser.
           Wait at least 15 minutes before trying to log in again. If you see the following message 
         
“Password Change request has been sent to practice. Confirmation of Password Change will be mailed to your email address on file, once the change is done. Thanks for your patience.”
           Please ignore it and follow the directions as above. 

·          Do not store your password on the computer and do not keep it written where anyone else can find it.
